As the Programming Executive for the Wellnergy Festival, Sara Picken-Brown was instrumental in creating and curating the one day online festival teaser to promote 25 of the Health & Wellbeing experts featured in the larger scale festival. With 9 hours of content, in a variety of genres, Sara’s role of Executive Producer involved the co-ordination of 3 days of filming fitness and dance professionals, collaborating with the media team to build the 60 video strong library of content and co-ordinate the Live-streamed broadcast with the media team.

“Working with Sara on the Wellnergy event has been fantastic, she’s really been the glue keeping everything together… from clear communication with ourselves as the production team, organising all the talent, overseeing our shoots and generally making things happen.
Sara’s background a knowledge in the fitness industry was of great help to us when shooting content as she has a real understanding of what health and fitness consumers expect to see, so this made all pre recording very easy. We ran a 7.5 hour live stream, which is no easy task, but with Sara on our team, everything was expertly organised. Even things outside of our control such as getting guests into the studio when trains where delayed where dealt with quickly by small tweaks to the schedule with a calm head.
We look forward to working with Sara on the rest of the Wellnergy event and will also be looking to work with her on other jobs.
